Expertly crafted by The East India Company, where it has now completely SOLD OUT following high demand, this coin features a specially commissioned reverse by acclaimed designer Elles Kloosterman. Taking inspiration from the Victory Medal which was awarded to service personnel after WWI, the winged goddess Victoria, a symbol of victory and peace, is beautifully portrayed with her arms outstretched in the shape of a ‘V’. Behind this is a banner with the inscription, ‘VE DAY’ and the years ‘1945’ and ‘2025’. Meanwhile, on the obverse is an official effigy of King Charles III.
