Due to production problems at The Royal Mint where the coin was struck, the design was re-worked, creating a smaller effigy of the monarch who ruled from 1910 and 1936. The unique story surrounding the George V ‘Small Head’ Sovereign ensures it remains highly sought-after by collectors around the world.
