The NEW Queen Victoria Fine Silver Proof 1oz Coin

Featuring all three of Victoria’s Sovereign portraits together for the first time ever!

  • Officially approved by Buckingham Palace
  • Extremely strict 799 worldwide edition limit
  • Struck in 999/1000 Fine Silver to a Proof finish

Queen Victoria reigned for over six decades, making her the second-longest ruling monarch in British history, however during this time, there were only three official coinage portraits on the UK Sovereign. This NEW issue, struck in 999/1000 Fine Silver, marks 125 years since her death, and includes all three effigies – the Young Head by Sir William Wyon, the Jubilee Head by Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm and the Old or Veiled Head by Sir Thomas Brock – on the same coin for the first time ever. Alongside Wyon, Boehm and Brock’s famous depictions, this specially commissioned design also includes the iconic Quartered Shield, which featured on the majority of Queen Victoria Sovereigns. Officially approved by Buckingham Palace, this NEW coin has been issued by Tower Mint, London’s last remaining minting house established by Raphael Maklouf, who designed the third official UK portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. With just 799 worldwide and high demand expected following the confirmation of a complete sell-out at Tower Mint, a quick response is essential to avoid disappointment. Comes housed in a deluxe Presentation Case with a Certificate of Authenticity.
